I know what you are implying, Anon...and I actually postulated the same theory: that the hurricane was phony (I could swear that I screencapped what I wrote (might've been here the other day, iirc)....and it was due in part to POTUS' phrasing in this tweet where he wrote "Phony hurricane report..."

As in not real...
So, no...I did not see it with my own eyes and you may very well be correct that it was a fake-likely designed to distract from so many other things that we/the public should be hyper-focused on. Dorian provided the perfect distraction, didn't it?
