I actually did read something about that very subject earlier today, and while it sounds outrageous at first glance, there have been some mind-bendingly things habbening as of late-so I can't discount that possibility out-of-hand.
My biggest question was why we would do that-but then I remember reading somewhere else that involved either some interest of China, or Epstein, or some other foreign state that was located precisely where Dorian squatted for 2 solid days as a Cat 5 'hurricane'...I just can't remember any of the finer details because I've been absorbing so much info & so many theories over the past 2 weeks or so.
And I have no idea about the novel you are referring to...but trust yourself, trust your gut.
