You make an excellent point here, glad you brought it up. You are right: memes can't make a systematic argument. Therefore, the best memes are ones that don't need one. They are simple, one-pointed, and pretty obvious true once pointed out.

They don't needs an argument bc it's already more or less known.

Examples: Epstein as a trafficker or Schiff as a liar.

But when the back story is not well-known, memes may have the opposite effect (making the audience think you're crazy, not clever).
