SOME NOTES ON NOTABLES:

Notables in QR/QRB are always part of the dough. the notable page in the example is very typical; you have 3-5 per page during the day and 1-3 per page during the night.

When you run out of room, you create a notable bun, which moves to the bottom ("Previously collected notables").

In both QR and QRB, there is now a separate thread in addition where notables are listed. It's controversial bc the idea originated with @fj BO in QR when he took over the board and mandated (until Q told him otherwise) that notables be listed only in a separate thread. When Q said "revert" (to original format, which notables in bread), the thread remained--and remains to this day. True for QRB, as well, bc someone created a thread there. But in QRB, notables have always been in the bread too.
