well, there ARE ellipses followed by periods that look like they are part of the ellipsis. And then there are the free form ellipses i use that always look like this......

However:
Potus has an ellipses of 6 dots followed by one with 3 (or 4, if it were a real sentence). But--as Sorcha Faal would say--what does it mean??
