It is of note that back in 2015/2016 there was an embargo in place on the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and weapon systems from Pasternak's company were nonetheless shipped to Mariupol, thanks to intervention by the likes of McCain, Graham, Klobuchar (pic2 - pic5)...
