<Was Eric working on some aid? June 2016 White House Ukraine fact sheet mentions money flowing through OPIC to 2 private equity funds. One of them is run by Horizon Capital. On the board of Horizon Capital is Jeffrey Neal who is/was on the board of the Chicago Council. Also on the board of the Chicago Council was one Mike Obama. May be worth further digs
