State Threatens to Shut Home for Kids With Hiv

State regulators, accusing staff there of mistreating ill children ``regularly and routinely,'' are threatening to close a novel Los Angeles group home for babies and youngsters infected with HIV. Because there is no evidence of sexual abuse or severe physical abuse, state investigators said Friday they have not removed any youngsters from Caring for Babies With AIDS.
