i would never presume to go again God or any of his servants

but my own life experience
tells me
that
a - whatever we strongly intend, we become or manifest
b - when we express this 3x about something specific, this tends to bring our intention into manifestation in some way

NOW:
A prayer is a kind of intention. When we pray, we are explicitly seeking help from God in making something happen. When I pray, I express an intention, but it's always followed by "Let God's Will be done" at the end.
