Anon, what are you trying to accomplish here?
Look--you are talking about 3 different aspects of the psyche any of which can be expressed either positively or negatively.
One is not good and another bad.
Sometimes categorizing things is helpful.
But it is not helpful if the focus is good vs bad.
My advice: just focus on what you are conscious of--which is the ordinary level of consciousness (ego). Focus on positive thoughts and sensible actions.
That's all you have to do to become a happier more balanced person.
