While the civil trial is still going on, the feds have not only charged Michael J. Pratt of GirlsDoPorn with 18:1591(a)and(b) – Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, or Coercion; 18:1594(c) – Conspiracy to Commit Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, or Coercion; 18:1594(d) – Criminal Forfeiture.
But now they’ve added another charge, sex trafficking of a child – relating to an incident with a 16-year-old in 2012.
At this time we are unsure if there is a video of the child on GirlsDoPorn, making it child porn, but he has now has a new charge.
Last week on October 30, an arrest warrant was unsealed for Valorie Moser, from GirlsDoPorn. The charge was for Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud or Coercion.
If convicted Michael Pratt and friends could very well spend the rest of their life behind bars.
