Gave myself this WWG1WGA tattoo on the side of the heel of my foot quite a while ago...when /r/greatawakening was still active. I have seen one other photo online of someone with a Q related tattoo since.
Quite a bit has faded away from wearing shoes and socks...it certainly needs to be retouched up, but it is still there & it still applies. Never regretted it.
