Damn. That is absolutely meant to communicate w/Anons; Think about it: What reason or purpose would the President of the United States need to carry around any form of currency-let alone cash? He's POTUS..I'm quite sure he does not carry cash and/or credit cards around with him...and even more sure that he would leave a $20 bill sticking out of his back pocket...kek.
I don't feel like it's a reference to the 2020 election (he's got that in the bag, he knows it, we know it & everyone who isn't in some deep form of denial knows it). So what else might he be trying to communicate?
