Don't. Just eat fish.

If you can't eat fish for some reason, they put it in salt. I hate it, makes the salt bitter. Personally always buy iodine-free salt, because it's so ridiculous in this day and age to need it in your salt (back in the day, before cars and rail, if you lived in the midwest you wouldn't ever eat fish / seafood. This caused an iodine problem.)
