I must read up on Ukraine vs Russia for a "feel" but if this co worked on the Turkey side of Cypress I would say look to libya, Iran and Venezuela. They are working energy so Mexico is in there a well. I would guess if the Chinese are in there and Russians, Ukraine would vai as well. Just my gut, I'll have to buckle down and read a bit.
