Horowitz refers James Comey and Andrew McCabe for criminal prosecution!

During questioning by Ralph Norman I G inspector Horowitz revealed he sent a referral for criminal prosecution of James Comey to the DOJ. Norman also asked Horowitz if the heads of any other agencies were refereed for prosecution and with a giant grin on his face replied yes.
