My impression is that whenever a "serial killer" or "lone wolf" is being blamed, it's actually the cabal doing it. This was done for instance in the Dutroux case (Dutroux certainly was not a lone predator but a procurer). It could apply to this case as well.
A picture of Rachel Chandler and Paris was posted by Q and her sister Nicky is married to James Rothschild. This makes me suspect that maybe she is trying to get ahead of the story and portray herself as a victim before more will be revealed to the public.
