It seems like Q is referring to a movie called "7 days in May" which is about rogue elements of the military and others are attempting to overthrow the President of the United States in 7 days. The list he made there shows what kind of steps they will take each day. Majority of military stands with POTUS(as Q has stated numerous of times) but it does have rogue actors too and these will be capitalized by DS because they are desperate to win at all costs.

It should be noted Biden's "victory" is the first step of the coup before they actually try to forcefully remove President Trump because all this blatant voter fraud will make Biden lose and President Trump is declared the winner. Overall this coup has several layers and voter fraud is just the first one. When that eventually fails, they will mobilize rogue elements of the military and others to forcefully remove President Trump(remember they have already been threatening to forcefully remove him from the WH if he doesn't leave)

If you take a look at Q's list, it would appear whenever POTUS is banned from Twitter(keep on mind when they first started censoring him it was maybe one tweet out of hundreds but now during Election it has been atleast 95% which is very troubling and indicates Twitter banning him might not be too far in to the future) When President Trump is banned from Twitter, you'll know it's day 1 of the rogue military coup and shit is about to get real. At the end it doesn't really matter because God wins and all their attempts fail horribly.
