SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Utah's top federal prosecutor, U.S. Attorney for Utah, John Huber, has been told to resign.
"On an all-U.S. Attorney call yesterday, Acting Attorney General Wilkinson instructed most presidentially-appointed U.S. Attorneys, U.S. Attorney Huber included, to submit resignations effective February 28, 2021,” Andrew Choate, a spokesman for the Utah U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
