He had access to this information, and according to this article from USA Today on 9/10/19, the very first paragraph of the article states, "WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump fired John Bolton as his national security adviser Tuesday, noting the two "disagreed strongly" on foreign policy matters. Notice where the disagreement is? FOREIGN POLICY!
