26. Deflect - Always deflect responsibility / blame to something large and faceless. The bigger the generalization the better. This also works well with division tactics. Examples: Its not the Rothschilds its the Rich. Its not mujahadeen, its terrorists. Its not sex offenders that are rapists its all men. And so on.
