I admit that the warning seems a bit odd... perhaps they are trying to flush out the people who might have interacted with the body.
Maybe it was someone who was involved with illicit drug manufacture who died as a result of making the drugs and someone dumped the body there and the police are trying to flush out the gang.
Who knows at this point. Pure speculation.
