>there is no way darpa would allow this sale

Did you miss the months of nonstop attempts to prevent this sale? And the DOJ/FEC attempt to halt it altogether in order to investigate Musk and his source of funding?

Twitter was a publicly traded company. It's board of directors was obligated by law to bring Musk's offer to the shareholders where the majority would decide whether to accept the offer. The board never had the power to reject Musk's offer out of hand. DARPA had NO formal or statutory power to prevent the sake.

But perhaps what you really meant was that DARPA "had six ways from Sunday to stop this deal". Is that what you meant? If so, might it be possible that DARPA expended all its ammo trying to stop the deal but failed?

Anon thinks all this muh DARPA Elon nonsense is just clown disinformation attempting to distract from Musk's call, and bona fides attempts, to bring full transparency to the DS's unconstitutional and unlawful use of Twitter to censor and manipulate opinion.

So all you muh DARPA Elon clown shills are glowing btightly.
