After Flu pandemic of 1918, Steiner was asked what caused it.
Answer is below, but it wasn't a virus. Viruses are the excretions of a toxic cell. Viruses are pieces of DNA or RNA w/a few other proteins - happen when the cell is poisoned. Not the cause of anything - they are what's left over after exposure to something toxic.

When cells get poisoned, they try to purify themselves by excreting debris = viruses.

How did 1918 flu spread so fast? Because it didn't "spread".
