Everyone is jumping on the equivocation fallacy with DJT statement here.

It simply stands to reason when the bad guys torch the cornerstone of a constitutional republic (to steal representation), then the constitution itself becomes a worthless piece of paper.
It follows by the act of stealing an election, that the constitution was suspended by those in charge.

Trump is simply pointing out the obvious in light of the latest evidence from twitter.

But how do you get this point through to people at this stage?
