The First Ten Amendments were defined by Congress as further declaratory and restrictive clauses to the Seven Articles. I found what I believe is the Interpretation Clause. When I read it the first time and made these connections it was like hearing the voice of God through the Constitution. It was even worded like one of the Commandments, 'shall not...'. The Ninth Amendment, I said, was the voice of God and the Interpretation Clause. Following the Interpretation Clause we can not interpret the Constitution in any way unless it supports and defends our unalienable rights as explained in the Declaration of Independence. "The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." No misconstruing the Constitution in a way that deprives we the people of our rights or disparaging, we the people, of our God given inalienable rights.
