Biden and Trump are the same animal, since both are Presidents and both hold secret papers.
but...others may argue there are differences in the two situations by order of magnitude. Biden is the figure-head of a coup that rejects the Constitution and he illegally holds classified papers acquired while he was a sitting vice-president while Trump is a duly elected president who upholds the U.S. Constitution and legally holds classified documents.
