If you're talking about a Home Equity loan that's not what this is all about.
It's about owing as little as $8 in back taxes and having the State boot you out of the house and sell it keeping the $8 owed AND all the home equity from the sale.
Totally hard to believe that exists and sure am glad my State is listed as one that doesn't allow that shit.
