1 thing that helps imo is to make a 800x1100 (or 1100x800/landscape) background
keep in mind use less color/black to save printer ink
imo fyi ty
then fit the information onto the 800x1100 space
also remove as much color and large dark areas as possible to save ink if it is ever printed on paper
