Those of you making knee jerk reactions or solely citing one person's hearsay account of what Jensen said ("God damn terrorists") need to take a step back.
I hesitate to bring some clarity to Jensen's record and reasons why Kash and Dan may have moved him to WFO because I will be accused of defending a J6 "Stasi" trooper or whatever. But I don't care--you guys keep being ignorant and sabotaging what could be a very useful operation to get answers and accountability we need.
Like most things, it is more complicated.
Jensen was section chief within the Counterterrorism Division (CTD) for the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section from April 2020 to October 2021. During that time he oversaw the 2020 riots, the early stages of J6 investigation, and the school board parent surveillance scandal prompted by Deputy AG Lisa Monaco.
His departure from CTD appears to coincide with his opposition to considering "threats" made by parents as terror incidents. (I will get to that.)
While there is no question he was involved in the early stages of the J6 investigation, it appears Jensen also had doubts about how the investigation was proceeding.
In a move I found very interesting-Jensen expressed concern over Bank of America's voluntary production of J6 customer data to the FBI and actually pulled leads filed by based on the BoA data:
This is from Jensen's 2023 congressional interview:
