In his first act in office, Graves, appointed by Biden, indicted Steve Bannon on contempt for refusing to cooperate with Jan 6 Select Committee.
A few months later, Graves refused to work with Special Counsel David Weiss to investigate and possibly charge Hunter Biden for tax crimes in DC in 2014-2015.
