Very cordial greetings in Christ. I address you, dear and most venerated Cardinal Dean Re, because you alone now hold the authority for an investigation into the accusation of heresy against Pope Francis to take place before the next Conclave.
You hold until the election of the next Pope the highest authority of the Catholic Church, will invite, in union with Camerlengo Kevin Joseph Cardinal Farrell, the qualified cardinals from all over the world under the age of 80 to elect the new Pope and will be able to determine the date of the next Conclave
