TheIntelFrog @TheIntelFrog - Medical Reserve Corps are primarily used by local health departments or systems to augment their staffing in times of emergencies, such as after a disaster. MRC personnel roles can vary based on the training/skills of the volunteer but in many cases the personnel are trained to do administrative tasks that frees up the para/professionals to focus on the mission at hand. One example of this would be guiding people through a point of dispensing station following some kind of CBRNE attack, assisting with triaging patients, assisting people with filling out paperwork required for certain assistance, etc.
