NED classifies both Israel and Palestine as "closed societies," which means they see both sides as targets for regime change. Supporting Hamas would align perfectly with CIA slash NED's SOP.
What this means: our intelligence agencies (and by extension the United Nations) have a strong incentive to downplay the militant ties of NGOs like Al-Haq, even when they're led by individuals with documented Hamas affiliations. Labeling such groups as having "no proven links to Hamas" allows these NGOs to continue funding them under the guise of promoting democracy- but in reality they're front groups for terrorists.
And OSF does finance a good deal of those NGOs which Israel has declared to be terrorists. Hmm...

Dave W Plummer @davepl1968 - I found this Millennium Digital Payphone from the 1990s completely new, never installed, still in the box. I think it's got the right vibe for "Dave's Garage!"
I found a backplate to wall mount it, burned a custom prom to avoid needing central office management, and managed to get the power supply fixed today.
I'm stick at the "Out of Service" message, even though all interlocks are closed. The phone line is connected and is passed through until power is applied, at which point it says Out of Service and disconnects the line.
Any ideas?
