What most are failing to recognize is that Dr. Steve Hotze has a long career of fighting in the courts to obtain SCOTUS judgement to preserve our constitutional liberty and freedom.
NOW @DrStevenHotze's lawsuit to blow the lid off of election fraud in HARRIS COUNTY moves forward without obstruction. In fact, the county tried to get the case thrown out a few weeks ago and the judge sided with the VOTERS and ordered discovery to begin.
THIS is the first time an election fraud case at scale for the entire county will delve into ALL records of legitimate and the 600,000 illegal names on the voter registry.
Texas Law requires all 254 Counties in Texas to:
-Purge their registered voters list every month by removing names from the registry that correspond with the US Postal Service Change of Address Registry.
HARRIS COUNTY Tax Assessor and Registrar of Voters ignored this state law for more than 18 months and in accessing public record it was found to have more than 600,000 voters on the registry that are not LEGAL TO VOTE by Texas Law.
Furthermore, HARRIS COUNTY reported that 205,000+ illegal voters on the registry cast a ballot in the November 2025 election and the county STILL CERTIFIED the vote.
Dr. Hotze's challenge will be the first time a court looks a the evidence of this obvious and blatant election fraud with the power of subpoena and discovery of records.
We should all be grateful for Dr. Hotze spending his money and time to champion this election fraud civil case.
Keep in mind that the entire reason Kim Ogg persecuted Hotze was because he had identified various aspects fo the election fraud and ballot harvesting scheme run entirely by democrats in Harris County.
Ogg was forced from office by overwhelming Democrats sick of her corruption and she lost her primary race to Sean Teare who went on to win the DA's race in the fall of 2025.
Now, perhaps, justice can prevail.
