He begins recklessly spinning in reverse, doing donuts and attempting to plow through crowds of demonstrators who are waving Mexican flags. Protesters scramble for safety and retaliate by throwing rocks at the vehicle in a desperate effort to stop the driver. The suspect then speeds off at dangerously high speeds, nearly hitting other vehicles and a cyclist, triggering an police pursuit through downtown. He was ultimately captured and taken into custody by authorities
