The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral argument via teleconference in a case on whether to order a lower court judge to dismiss the Justice Department's perjury case against Michael Flynn, President Trump's former national security adviser. On June 24, 2020, the court ruled 2-1 to order the lower district court judge to dismiss the case against Mr. Flynn.
