Not to mention one of Israel’s biggest nuke production facilities was taken out in return.
How, exactly, is any of the above bad for the United States?

Remember that time the Israeli Government and Mossad used blackmail to control our government for decades, and by proxy - our military? And by doing so, used our military to police their enemies in that part of the globe?
THINK MIRROR.
Israel is now being “used” to take out a legit threat to the west.
I mean COME ON.
If, in fact, Iran was close to possessing nuclear weapons, there is a less than zero percent chance that we could have handled it ourselves because of the optics.
Not to mention there is only about a 1% chance that Iran actually would have abided to any diplomatic agreement which was struck.
POTUS literally said the night beforehand that Iran cannot be allowed to have a nuke. Period.
And then when asked what was going to happen he said “you’ll have to wait and see”.
Added to which we warned our allies and began evacuating our personnel 24 hours beforehand.
And lest we forget POTUS told us that he knew when the attacks would happen while also saying he gave Iran 60 days, and today was “Day 61”.
So yeah - save me the narrative that he “didn’t know”, or that Bibi “blindsided him”.
