On Sunday, USBP agents arrested Delmar Sanchez-Zuniga, a Honduran national, after he tried to sneak into the U.S. by hiding in a sugar cane field near Eagle Pass, TX.
Agents quickly ran his records and uncovered a violent criminal past:
- MS-13 gang member
- Felony convictions for possession of a controlled substance
- Felony conviction for possession of defaced firearm
- Arrest for sexual assault
- Arrest for aggravated assault
He now faces prosecution for felony illegal re-entry (8USC1326).
