Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 - I just listened to the rest of this hearing. The judges have to contend with whether the Alien Enemies Act can be reviewed by the courts (almost all judges presiding over these cases agree to one degree or another it cannot)
I will say Judge Andrew Oldham (Trump) pretty much annihilated ACLU attorney Lee Gelernt (defending illegal Venezuelans). Oldham very clearly does not believe the AEA is reviewable by the courts. And he was not buying Gelernt’s argument to the contrary
