MAHA PAC @MAHA_PAC - Patrick opened up about her own battle with breast implant illness.
She said her goal now is to raise awareness and make sure other women know the risks.
“I would say that it probably took about three years for me to really start noticing anything.”
“I gained five pounds out of nowhere.”
“It didn’t really make sense because I had been doing all the same stuff.”
“My hair wasn't doing good.”
“My face was starting to get more puffy.”
“I thought to myself, maybe my hormones are off.”
“Then in the beginning of 2021 I lost my cycle.”
“I’d say it was probably when I watched enough videos on YouTube and caught these sort of people talking about breast implant illness and what happened and how they felt and the things they were saying just resonated.”
“So I had them in for seven and a half years.”
“Within hours of getting them removed my face was shiny.”
“My body started to function again within hours.”
“Then two days later, I posted on Instagram about it and I had never told anyone I got them in… Good Morning America was at my house at the end of the week.
