Khalil filed a Motion to Reconsider with the Immigration Judge saying because a federal district judge in habeas enjoined the DOJ from relying on Rubio's conclusion Khalil's presence harms foreign policy, the Immigration Judge MUST reverse its decision Khalil is removable.
