Catherine Herridge @C__Herridge - After we flagged the injustice facing Army veteran Mark Jackson's, the VA approved his prostate cancer claim.
I am posting the new VA paperwork with Jackson's permission.
Jackson’s prostate cancer should never have been denied. Prostate cancer is a presumptive cancer under the PACT ACT which means the VA assumes or presumes it was caused by military service.
We also received this statement from VA press secretary Pete Kasperowicz
“Under President Trump, VA listens to Veterans’ concerns and seeks continual improvement. That is what we did in this case.”
