Christopher O'Sullivan, "Frank Knox - Roughrider in FDR's War Cabinet". Frank Knox served as U.S. Secretary of the Navy during World War II, dying in the spring of 1944 before the Allies claimed victory. Author Christopher O'Sullivan recounted his journey from a Spanish-American War "Roughrider" with Theodore Roosevelt to a key figure in Franklin Roosevelt's war effort. He spoke at the 2025 Roosevelt Reading Festival in Hyde Park, New York.
