Martha Blanding, "Groundbreaking Magic". Martha Blanding broke a color barrier at California's Disneyland, becoming the park's first Black official tour guide in 1971 - joining the highest ranks among Disney cast members as employees are known. She told her story against the backdrop of a 50-year career with the Walt Disney Company and of social and cultural change.
