We can all learn from America’s farmers.
Their persistence, their productivity, and their self-sufficiency. And, perhaps, the biggest value that farming teaches: Humility.
Because, though farming encourages and awards self-sufficiency and independence, farmers know that their labor depends not only on their skill, but ultimately on God.
That’s a lesson we should all meditate on and try to live out, whether we work with a plow or with a laptop.
