Fair enough, Bluebird 1-5 have ceased using the amateur radio bands some month ago, but all of them operated continuously during those time world-wide and not just only when in range of the groundstation. Bluewalker-3 was operating since launch in 2022 until several days ago. Thus the claim that they are not using 430-440 MHz (at the time when the community started complaining) is at least misrepresenting.
It should also be noticed, that the AST Annex E Potential Interference to Amateur Operations 430-440 MHz Analysis was generated on August 05, 2025 and not accompanied in the original filings. However, it does only refer to the probability of interference with amateur satellite service (435-438 MHz) and not the whole amateur radio service from 430-440 MHz.
