U.S. Northern Command @USNorthernCmd - Military firefighting aircraft respond to Colorado wildfires!
The @302AirliftWing and 152nd Airlift Wing have dropped tens of thousands of gallons of fire retardant this season to combat wildfires in Colorado.
On Aug. 9-10 alone, these MAFFS-equipped C-130s dropped 17,340 gallons on the Lee and Oak fires, protecting lives and property.
