When I hit F12 to watch the network status of things that get loaded, I got a glimpse the page resource loading then the first file after that said batch, which could be a .js file, and then the page resource disappeared with the batch and then redirected to a 404. Jim should restore from a backup, I doubt it is just a power issue, that would have been quickly resolved .
