Allow me to state muh logic + experienced noticing theory about that.
February and August both suck.
They are at the ass end of their respective seasons being located in the dead of summer/winter.
It's kinda like the universal blahs that effect everyone at the minimum and some get it pretty bad when it overlaps with their personal situations.
